BREAKING! North Korea Launched Its Missile!

Just a little while ago, North Korea launched its missile. The world will now surely break out in a show of rage towards the action. In fact, a few countries already threatened to take North Korea to the United Nations Security Council if the country launched its missile.

I believe this was a monstrous mistake by President Obama to let the missile pass unhindered on its course (reports confirm that the missile was shot in the direction of Japan). North Korea learned valuable information about the missile it had formed and the launching process. They are one step closer to fashioning a dangerous long-range missile - a missile that probably will have enough projected distance to hit the United States' west coast. As addressed before on this blog, rogue nations use their nuclear capabilities to instill fear into the hearts of their enemies (one of North Korea's enemies being the United States of America).

President George W. Bush probably would have intercepted the missile without hesitation. President Ronald Reagan might have destroyed the North Korean launch pad days ago if he was also faced with a similar event. President Obama failed to demonstrate to the rest of the world - both America's allies and enemies - that the United States would still protect itself, its interests, and its allies from all threats - whether present or looming. He failed to encourage the United States' allies around North Korea to take the appropriate and necessary measures to intercept the missile. One thing President Obama did not fail to do, however, was to pacify the North Koreans - thus showing the world that any country could now undermine the United States' sovereignty.
